• Attendees can register and modify the records online until March 22, 2023.

• System generated mail indicates a hold of registration until the registration becomes effective and confirmed when the payment is finalised.

​

• The registrations not paid in due time will be erased or considered “pending” and subject to increase in registration fee level where applicable.

​

• Final confirmation, including qr code will be sent to dully paid registration holders 7 days prior to the conference. 
   

• Printed confirmations with barcodes and proper ID documents are required to collect conference materials and badges.

​

• It is a sole responsibility of the attendee or group holder to provide correct data and unique and personal email addresses. 

​

• The registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal travel insurance.
