* Our focus is on environmental sustainability. To reduce the impact of paper waste on nature and the environment, we decided to mitigate ADIT2023 paper use. Therefore, the ADIT 2023 program book will be available free of charge in digital form. You can order a printed copy of the Program Book for 25 EUR. To reduce environmental impact, ADIT will donate funds to plant one tree in the amazon forest for each printed program book to the respective NGO.

Registrations to ADIT 2023 are limited to the maximum of 450 participants.
We will accept registrations on "first come, first served" basis.

Attendees can register and modify the records online until March 22, 2023.

System generated mail indicates a hold of registration until the registration becomes effective and confirmed when the payment is finalised.

The registrations not paid in due time will be erased or considered “pending” and subject to increase in registration fee level where applicable.

Final confirmation, including qr code will be sent to dully paid registration holders 7 days prior to the conference.

Printed confirmations with barcodes and proper ID documents are required to collect conference materials and badges.

It is a sole responsibility of the attendee or group holder to provide correct data and unique and personal email addresses.

The registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal travel insurance

Any input and change of registration or housing record through and by ADIT secretariat is subject to the handling fee charge.

Payment & refunds
The payment currency is Euro. Payment can be made by:

Credit Card payment
Bank charges are the sole responsibility of the paying party.
After April 15th, 2023, we will not accept Bank transfer payments for new registrations.
The guest must submit refund claims in writing to the email: info@adti-conf.org.
All refunds are subject to handling fee charges and respective bank fees.
We will process refund claims made within 45 days before the conference after the meeting ends.
