REGISTRATION RULES

Registered attendee's can modify the registration record using online system.
Mail confirmation indicates a hold of registration until the registration becomes effective and confirmed when the payment is finalised.
The registrations not paid in due time will be erased or considered “pending” and subject to increase in registration fee level where applicable.
Final confirmation, including link to the sessions, will be sent to paid registration holders 5 days prior to the webinar.
It is a sole responsibility of the attendee to provide correct data and unique and personal email addresses.

REGISTRATION RATE INCLUDES

​

• Access to all scientific sessions during webinar official hours.

• Certificate of Attendance / CME Certificate
  
  CME Certificate will be distributed in digital form via email based on completed survey by registrant from ADIT Secretariat (info@adit-conf.org) after the conference ends.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGE

​

Official language of the ADIT Webinar is English. All the  presentations will be prepared and conducted in English language only. 

 

SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM

​

The organizer will make all efforts to adhere to the scientific program advertised. However, the organizer reserve the right to alter, replace or cancel, without prior notice, any of the speakers or arrangements announced, provided that the overall character of the event remains unaffected.

APPLICABLE LAW

​

Slovenian law applies. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded. The court is Ljubljana, Slovenia.

CANCELLATIONS

​

By March 10, 2021: Full Refund minus 15 Euro handling fee
After March 10, 2021: No Refund

ADIT organizer AGADA Institute will collect and store all personal data for the preparation and execution of the ADIT webinar. Your data will may be passed onto any third party for execution of the conference purpose only (eg. registration, webinar system).
